§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions (1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed via our online shop.

The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
Acceptance of the offer must be made in writing or in text form via email within one week. If this deadline expires without result, the offer is deemed rejected.
The following regulations apply when placing an order in our online shop: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Select the desired product 2) Confirm by clicking the "Order now" button
3) Enter the desired article number in the order form and complete the order form completely. 4) Bindingly submit the order by clicking the "order with payment" button.
Before submitting the order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer's information is recorded by pressing the "Back" button in their internet browser after checking their details. They can correct any input errors or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser. I will immediately confirm receipt of the order via an automatically generated email (confirmation of receipt). This does not constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer is made in writing by sending the invoice to the email address specified in the order form.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The total price is made up as follows: Price delivery costs
(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance
(3) The purchase price shall be paid immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Shipping costs depend on the buyer's country of destination and range between X€ - X€ depending on the recipient country.
Shipping time: X business days. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, the buyer will receive a tracking number to track their ordered goods.
Orders are usually shipped via insured shipping with Deutsche Post/DHL or DHL Express, UPS, Hermes or a similar company.
Delivery time estimate:
Germany & EU: X to X weeks Rest of the world: X to X weeks
Customs duties and processing costs for customs clearance are borne by the buyer.
The seller is NOT responsible for delays caused by customs and shipping providers.
§5 Retention of title
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
